We confirm within 24 hours
You'll get an email immediately. We'll then contact you to confirm details, timing and any questions before the job.
Work is completed
We arrive on the scheduled day and complete the job to the highest standard. You inspect the work when we're done.
You pay the balance
We email you a secure payment link for the remaining balance. You can pay by card (Stripe), bank transfer, or cash.
48-Hour Refund Guarantee
Change your mind? Cancel at least 48 hours before your booking and we'll refund your deposit in full — no questions asked.
