What We Don't Do
- Gas boiler installation or gas work
- Copper pipe soldering or heating
- Full electrical rewiring
- Heavy garden clearance
- External painting
- Professional locksmith services

Limitation of Liability
SOODI.help provides professional handyman services directly to customers. We are responsible for the quality of work performed by our team.
We are not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, delays, or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by UK law.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A deposit of 10% is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are refundable with 48+ hours notice.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Full payment is due upon completion of the work.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled with 48+ hours notice for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Policy Updates
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
