A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit secures your date in our calendar
and is deducted from your total balance.

Why a deposit?
The deposit covers our time slot and secures your date. It protects both sides — you get priority scheduling, we get commitment. It's fully refundable with 48+ hours notice.

SOODI.help provides professional handyman services directly to customers. We are responsible for the quality of work performed by our team.
We are not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, delays, or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by UK law.
Policy Updates
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
